Mr.Kuang Yuanping
Mr. Kuang Yuanping was born in 1963, Han nationality, native of Chongqing City, member of the Communist Party of China with master degree and title of advanced economist, being board director of Yanhuang Group and Yanhuang Optical Valley Technology Co., Ltd.
         Mr. Kuang Yuanping joined army in 1980, and transferred to civilian work in 1995. He has ever been director assistant of army enterprise management bureau in Hubei military area, vice general manager of Wuhan Guangyuan Industrial Group, vice leader of departments of Hubei Provincial Second Light Industry Council, party committee secretary and general manager of Wuhan General Company of Houwang Group, board director of Songliao Automotive Co., Ltd. and board director of Zhongguang Xinda Asset Management Co., Ltd. etc.
         Mr. Kuang Yuanping has been engaged in works of economics and management for a long period of time since 1987, and undertaken important leading positions such as party committee secretary, general manager and president in military and local state-owned and privately-owned large and middle scale enterprises. The management and operation scope include many domains such as energy, land, finance, securities, culture, electronics and tourism etc. Many of the companies under management and operation of Mr. Kuang Yuanping has realized the change from small-scale to large-scale, from weak to strong and losses have been turned into profits.
         Mr. Kuang Yuanping gradually formed his unique style for operation and management in years of exploration, which is the “Kuang’s Three Laws”, namely the management ideas of “22/78” Theory, “100-1=0” Theory, and “99℃+1℃=100℃” Theory. The book of Corporate Identity Design of Modern Enterprises written by Mr. Kuang Yuanping with a total word number of 260 thousand is prefaced by Mr. Wang Guangying—then vice-chairman of National People’s Congress and the book name was inscribed by the original leader of our country and party—General Zhang Aiping. This book was published in 1998 by the Enterprise Management Press. Many Chinese and foreign media reported the exemplary deeds and achievements of Wang Guangying, and he was chosen to be national excellent demobilized soldier in 1998, contemporary advanced figure of 1998, and Chinese charitable entrepreneur.
         After establishment of Yanhuang Optical Valley Technology Co., Ltd., Mr. Kuang Yuanping insists on human-oriented principle, pays importance to optimization and integration of resources, and uses his sensitive perception of business opportunity in the market to fast increase investment, expanding investment domain and scale. As a result, capital reaccumulation has been finished in the shortest time, and his operation characteristics have gradually formed. The Yanhuang Group was established with Yanhuang Optical Valley Technology Co., Ltd. as its parent company in 2003, and then the scale of the Company rapidly expand. The Company has owned 11 member enterprises, and the Group has owned 22 enterprises at that time, being a comprehensive group company with nearly a thousand employees, and qualitative change and development has been achieved.
